We identify appropriate payers and initiate Individual or Group Participation Agreements. This includes providing guidance for incentive award options and reviewing participation agreements terms and conditions.

We export and analyze your top billed CPT and HCPCS codes. This is transformed into a master fee schedule to comapre each payer’s reimbursement rates by CPT code. We make reommondations to negotiate the contracted reimbursement rates.

Based on the fee chedule analysis, we will initiate contact with payers to negotiate fee schedule rates.
